Overview
After submitting a ticket, you may receive an automatic email response from Zendesk asking you to verify your email address.
The message may say:
“We need to verify that you are the owner of this email address. Please follow the link below to verify.”
If you receive this email, please note that the verification link in the message will not work. This does not prevent your ticket from being submitted successfully. We are still receiving your tickets.
To help prevent this message in the future, you can add support@ppmworks-bd.zendesk.com to your Safe Senders list in Outlook.
Steps
- Open Outlook on the web or New Outlook.
- Select Settings (gear icon).
- Go to Mail.
- Select Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add.
- Add this email address: support@ppmworks-bd.zendesk.com
Notes
- Even if you receive the verification email, your ticket is still being submitted successfully.
- No additional action is needed other than adding the sender to your Safe Senders list for future emails.
