This is an article that can help you to solve some basic user access issues.
1. Check User's permission through Entra Group page.
NOTE: One User can only be in ONE Entra group.

TIPS: Entry Group sync into OnePlan everyday 8AM and 8PM EST. Please plan the permission editing before the sync.
2. Check User's security group through Resource Center.
Select Filter -> Group -> BU related security groups
Here we use BDB - Admin as example:
If you cannot find the resource in the security group:
- The new Entra group sync not start yet.
- The resource might in two or multiple Entra groups that cause the sync failure.
If the solutions above still cannot fix the access issue, please submit a ticket through our support portal.
3. Check whether Portfolio is shared with the resources.

4. If user see "NoAccess" page. Please contact the support team to give access to the resource for urgent situation. (Don't forget to add the resource in Entra group)
Refresh the page and click the drop down list, select "RD OnePlan".
5. When first time log into OnePlan, please select "Sign in with Microsoft"

6. If user still have access issue after trying all the above solutions, please ask the user to use InPrivate browser to log in. Some sign in issues might occur due to cookie setting.
