When OnePlan for Project is pushed to your PC, you should see a OnePlan tab in the menus of Microsoft Project.
If you do not see the OnePlan tab, follow the instructions below to repair the installation.
- Go to Control Panel, Programs, then Programs and Features.
- Find “OnePlan for Project” – select it
- Click “Change” (not “Repair”). Note that is you click “Repair” instead of “Change”, you will be prompted to enter Admin credentials.
Then select “Repair OnePlan for Project” and click “Finish”.
Then, relaunch MS Project
Then click on “Install”:
- You should now see OnePlan in the menu tab of MS Project.
Note that in some cases, users need to reboot the PCs and then once they to into MS Project, they see OnePlan in the menu tab of MS Project.
If you have followed these instructions exactly as they are written and you are still prompted for Admin credentials, open an ITOne ticket to request Computer Administrator Rights. This will need to be approved by your manager. Once you have computer administrator rights, repeat the repair steps as shown above.
