You can easily create a support request (ticket) by clicking on the Submit a request link in the header. To see your requests, you will need to be logged into the support page.
Before submitting a support request, please sign in using your Microsoft account. This helps ensure your request is submitted under the correct user account and allows the support team to properly identify and assist you.
- Select Sign in.
2. Choose Sign in with Microsoft Entra.
On the top right corner, click on "Submit a request" to get into start your request.
For the most accurate response please complete all the requested fields on the form and click Submit
