The need to delete projects arises occasionally. For instance, perhaps you have created a test project that you want to delete. We are here to help.
Per BD Corporate policy, only the PPM Works Support Admins have the delete project permissions.
Step 1: Create a ticket with your project deletion request. Include the exact project name(s), your BU, and any other details that are needed for the Support team. Set the ticket priority to 'Normal'.
Step 2: PPM Works Support team receives your BU Lead approval that we can delete the projects.
Step 3: PPM Works Support team confirms with BD R&D EPMO that the projects can be deleted.
Step 4: PPM Works Support team deletes the project(s) and responds to the ticket asking you to confirm the projects have been deleted.
Step 5: PPM Works Support team will update the ticket as Resolved.
