Assign Resources FTE by Years

Managers can assign resources allocation for FTE by years, resulting in a "peanut butter spread" across months. Here's how: 

Go into Plan level Resource Plan.

1. Add new resource(s) in the resource plan

2. Change date to "Next 5 Years"

3. Enter resource allocation directly in resource plan in FTE by year
